Humidity Indicator Cards use cobalt-free chemistry. Blue = relative humidity inside the bag is below 10%. Safe to mount directly.
 
HIC Card — Intermediate One or more dots have shifted toward pink. Check the MSD level rating for your specific part before mounting.
If the 10% dot has turned pink, the bag may have been breached. Check if cumulative exposure exceeds the floor life for the part's MSL rating (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020).
