2N7001TQDCKRQ1 Overview

The 2N7001TQDCKRQ1 is an automotive-grade 1-bit dual-supply buffered voltage signal translator from Texas Instruments. The device is designed to translate a single unidirectional digital signal between two independent voltage domains.

Both VCCA and VCCB operate from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. VCCA determines the input threshold at the A input, while VCCB determines the output drive voltage at the B output. This structure allows the device to translate logic signals between different low-voltage power domains.

The 2N7001T-Q1 supports up to 100 Mbps across the full supply range and uses a push-pull output structure. Its typical propagation delay is 20 ns, making it suitable for high-speed GPIO and other digital control interfaces.

The device includes a VCC isolation function. When either VCCA or VCCB falls below 100 mV, the output port B enters a high-impedance state. Ioff circuitry also supports partial power-down operation by preventing excessive current from being drawn by or driven into powered-down signal paths.
