The LSF0102QDCURQ1 is an automotive dual-channel, auto-bidirectional multi-voltage level translator from Texas Instruments. It is designed to translate digital signals between different voltage domains without requiring a dedicated direction control pin.
The device supports both open-drain and push-pull signal applications and can operate across a wide range of logic levels. Supported voltage combinations include 0.95 V to 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V, as well as 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V and 3.3 V to higher-voltage logic domains.
For capacitive loads of 30 pF or less, the LSF0102-Q1 supports up to 100 MHz up-translation and greater than 100 MHz down-translation. At a 50 pF capacitive load, it supports translation speeds up to 40 MHz in either direction.
The device includes 5 V-tolerant I/O ports and an enable input. When EN is low, the I/O pins enter a high-impedance state. Its low on-resistance helps reduce signal distortion, while the flow-through pinout simplifies PCB trace routing.
