The TDC7200PWR is a Texas Instruments Time-to-Digital Converter designed for high-resolution time-of-flight (ToF) measurements. It measures the elapsed time between a START pulse and up to five STOP pulses, providing 55-ps resolution and a self-calibrated time base for precise timing measurements. The device supports two measurement modes covering time intervals from 12 ns to 8 ms and operates from a 2.0-V to 3.6-V supply.
