The THS6222IRHFR is a high-speed differential line-driver amplifier from Texas Instruments designed for broadband power line communication (PLC) and high-performance power line communication (HPLC) applications. It uses a current-feedback architecture and is designed to provide high linearity while driving heavy line loads.
The device supports a wide 8 V to 32 V supply range and integrates a midsupply common-mode buffer, reducing the need for additional external circuitry. The THS6222 provides a large-signal bandwidth of up to 195 MHz at 16 VPP and a slew rate of 5500 V/µs for a 16 V step.
